As a downsizer, I have many things, people, and organizations for which I am truly grateful. Here are a few to commemorate this season of Thanksgiving.

Slow downsizing has some unique challenges, including priority issues, duplication of efforts, obsessiveness, regrets, and fatigue. I offer some solutions to my challenges.
